With 17 years of experience in global, multi-channel call center and back office operation, Georges previously served as President and COO of a 2,000-agent outsourced contact center and BPO corporation with domestic and international operations. He brings great industry insight and inside sales acumen to PharmaSource.
Barbara GinnVP of Commercial Operations
Barbara has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical call centers in the areas of Client Services, Operations and Sales. She was the founder of a highly successful Insides Sales division of a leading industry supplier, and brings a great deal of client expertise to the game having sat on both sides of the table.
Marc FoulkeVP of IT
Marc has over two decades of experience in pharmaceutical call centers. He has created customized solutions for Consumer Affairs, Pharmacy, Direct to Consumer and Inside Sales Programs. Marc has also developed a proprietary CRM solution designed to stand alone or integrate into client systems.
James FranklinVP of Sales
